It's been one hell of a week, and I'm totally wiped out. I'm trying to remember everything that's happened, and it feels more like something out of an MTV reality show. Let's go back a bit, to Wednesday.
In Which Measurements Are Taken: Wednesday, October 12th.
My Archaeology class project had been proceeding behind schedule, so my groupmates and I had a meeting to take measurements of our site area, sketch the area and crunch numbers. I'd had the chance foresight to take a pad of graph paper from my visit home the previous Thursday (dentist appointment), and used it to make scale sketch. Our professor hadn't described the project very well, and had inasmuch said, "This is how you use the transit equipment - now do your site survey and turn in your notes, sketches and a final drawing by the due date. Have fun!" Since we had no direction, and the other two members seemed a bit lost, I decided to direct the group instead of sit and conjecture endlessly.
In Which We Review, And Something is Forgotten: Thursday.
I ran into the Cultures of Middle East class late, but in time for the midterm review before lecture. Archaeology class rambled on a bit about our critter butchering project, due two projects hence. I ended up typing my Philosophy of Religion midterm up that night, crafting sentences like, "Likewise, the infinitely equal probabilities of the Libertarian Choice continuum are similarly constrained down to likely possible Effects, limited by the individual's total background leading up the moment of choice."
In Which Rest is Needed: Friday
Having slept fitfully, I turned in the midterm. Meteorology class I struggled to stay awake through, and when I got home I canceled plans with Trevor and Ashanta for Saturday out of need to study and write reports.
In Which I Prove My Metal:Saturday
I didn't study. I didn't so much as crack a book. I went instead to the mall to buy audio cables, and went to a Halo lan party at the Batcave. I gamed, I drank, and I had a good long talk with the gracious host. In short, I proved a poor student but enjoyed my evening. Unfortunately, I slept fitfully on the couch and got home tired Sunday.

I am in awe.
I believe that's the exact thing you were typing when I interrupted you on AIM, consequently.
So do you get to dig stuff up in this archaeology class? Because that sounds kind of awesome.
